Where does House of Puff ship?
House of Puff currently ships within the US only. Our pipe cannot be shipped to the following U.S. states: AL, AR, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MD, MS, MO, NE, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT. Intended for tobacco use only.
When will my order ship?
After placing your order, processing takes 1 to 2 business days. As soon as it ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards or debit cards.
How can I update my order?
Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We’ll do our best to process your request.
What’s your return policy?
Purchased items may be returned in perfect condition up to 15 days after their initial receipt for a full refund, less initial shipping costs. You will be responsible for the shipping fees. Please contact us to initiate the return process: firstname.lastname@example.org. House of Puff reserves the right to refuse a return if the goods are returned in unsatisfactory condition. Just a heads up that we can't accept returns for products that have been used.
What if a product is damaged?
In the unlikely event that a product arrives broken, damaged or the incorrect product was shipped, please let us us within 5 days of delivery in order to receive an exchange. Please send an email to email@example.com and include 2 - 3 images of the damaged product. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product in a timely manner.
What about wholesale?

Who made the candle?
We teamed up with the best! After months of research, we developed our signature scent with the help of Joya, a New York City-based fragrance design studio. Since 2006, Joya has designed and produced distinctive scented artifacts with an ethos of balance and beauty: simple, locally-sourced raw materials, sustainable packaging and design, ethical production practices.
Can I choose my candle label?
Yes! We designed 6 candle labels for you to choose from. If your label is sold out, shoot us an email at email@example.com and we'll do our best to send you the label you want.
Are your storage products odor proof?
Our HIGH FUNCTIONING bag is not intended to be odor proof. Our silicone jars are odor resistant containers that seal in smell until they are opened. Of course, over time, some smell may leak out. Please note since the bag is made of vinyl it can easily dent.
Can I purchase a Lit Kit as a gift?
Yes! Our Lit Kits make the best gifts!
How do I clean my le pipe?
We include instructions on how to clean the pipe in every order, but essentially you soak it in rubbing alcohol and wipe with a q-tip to keep it squeaky clean.
